Our new apprentices
On September 1, 104 new apprentices started their first year of their apprenticeship. Among them are international apprentices as well as dual students.
At a festive kick-off event, the newly arrived apprentices of the WITRON Group were warmly welcomed on their first working day. In addition to the training manager team, the trainers and training officers, our company founder and owner Walter Winkler was also present to personally welcome the promising young professionals.
International diversity characterizes start of apprenticeship
A total of 338 apprentices are currently completing their apprenticeships in 17 different professions at our Parkstein site, Waidhaus site and Hotel BräuWirt in Weiden. Among them are young people from various countries. In the course of the "International Training" program, 14 apprentices from different countries already started their training in July.
Apprenticeship as a start for diverse careers
The apprenticeship at WITRON lays the foundation for a promising professional career. After successful completion of the apprenticeship, various career paths open up for graduates within the WITRON Group - be it in Germany, at global service locations or at numerous project locations worldwide.
