Azubis on Tour
–Get to know WITRON
Since September 1, 2023, our new apprentices have been learning something new every day. They get to know new colleagues and go home every evening with lots of new input. The youth and apprentice representatives have made it easier for them to start their new phase of life and have come up with a range of activities, as they do every year.
Exploratory tour - The WITRON Group
The first working days of our 104 new apprentices were used to explore the extensive company premises in Parkstein and the individual company divisions. At 19 different stations, our apprentices had to master some tricky tasks in small groups: Such as stacking small nuts and bolts or throwing rings the WITRON way. Creativity, dexterity, speed and the communication of all individual team members were required. The respective station supervisors revealed interesting facts about WITRON and at the end you could even win something.
A big thank you to the members of the Youth and Apprentice Representation for the great organization of the tour and to the 67 helpers who helped to make this day special for our apprentices.
Adventure trip - The people at WITRON
In order to give our newly qualified apprentices the opportunity to network better with each other, our youth and apprentice representatives organized a great leisure activity for the new apprentices. On September 16, over 100 participants, including the supervisors and trainers, made their way to Bayernpark in three buses.
Divided into ten small groups, our apprentices experienced a day full of thrills and adventure. From fast laps on the roller coaster and free falls in the Free Fall Tower to the wet fun of white water rafting - everyone got their money's worth. The fascinating insights gained during the bird of prey show also left a lasting impression. There was a small challenge to collect points.
The colorful mix of small teams gave our apprentices the opportunity to get to know each other better and also to make contacts with apprentices from other training areas.
A big thank you to all the JAV members who helped to make this day something special. The positive feedback from all the apprentices showed that this excursion was a complete success.
