Deine Rolle in unserem Team
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung von internationalen Versetzungen und Relocations innerhalb der WITRON Gruppe als erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne Fachabteilungen mit Schwerpunkt Nordamerika und Australien
- Konzeption, Umsetzung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der firmenweiten Global Mobility Strategie unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Steuer-/Arbeits- und Einwanderungsgesetze
- Organisation von Trainings im Bereich Kultur, Sprache und anderen relevanten Bereichen zur Vorbereitung der Versetzung
- Koordination und Vorbereitung des Wiedereintritts in deutsche Gesellschaften
- Begleitung und Beratung bei Einstellung und Onboarding von Mitarbeitenden aus dem Ausland an unserem Hauptsitz in Parkstein
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen (z.B. Travel Management, Recht, Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung,...) sowie mit Behörden, externen Dienstleistern und weiteren internationalen Schnittstellen
Du passt gut zu uns mit
- Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder rechtswissenschaftliches Studium, alternativ Aus-/Weiterbildung oder Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Umfeld
- Mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR, Payroll, Compensation im internationalen Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Global Mobility und/oder Relocation
- Sicherem Umgang mit fachlichen Themen des Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungsrecht, immigrationsrechtlichen Vorschriften und Grundsätzen des Steuerrechts
- Strukturierter, selbständiger Arbeitsweise, analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
