Your role in our team

• analyses, monitors, and supports the daily operations of the automation system to derive corrections/ modifications as part of the continuous improvement
• evaluates statistical faults and does fault analysis of plant areas
• analyses daily shift reports and assesses faults (identification, categorization, prioritization, root cause, fix faults)
• identifies vulnerabilities (fault rate, duration)
• initiates and documentates countermeasures
• maintains the technical documents
• looks for root causes and does report after performance problems
• reports directly to the Production Manager
• attends alignment CI meetings with customer
• increasing the system availability and improving the operational and technical processes in terms of performance
• assists the production manager and technical service on site during escalations and by blocking / unblocking machines as required for maintenance and cleaning schedules
• is present on production floor during shift changes and perform fault correction in all areas as and where needed.
• does maintenance of the flow of information with the troubleshooters in the plant area(s) on a regular basis (hourly / daily / weekly / monthly), system monitoring and checks

 

Ideal candidate profile

• you are a good communicator, have an analytical nature and are able to solve problems
• graduated a higher technical School – preferably electrical engineering or mechatronics
• at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a production environment, intra logistics or automotive industry
• knowledge and experience with Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• familiar with Windows Operating System
• able to prioritize multiple tasks and workload
• you are analytically strong, have a pragmatic attitude, work very structured and accurately
• practical attitude and ability to learn new skills and tasks
• highly flexible and enjoys technical complex components and processes

Jouw rol in het team

• Je zorgt voor de implementatie en opvolging van de juiste onderhoudsstrategie en dit vertaal je naar werkbare en duidelijke onderhoudsplannen voor het On Site onderhoudsteam;
• Je analyseert het bestaande onderhoud en verbetert continue de planning en werkinstructies;
• je plant zelfstandig zowel het preventieve als correctieve onderhoud met behulp van nieuwe onderhoudsmethodes;
• je draagt zorg voor het plannen van de benodigde onderhoudsmonteurs en het verstrekken van onderhoudsopdrachten;
• je houdt controle over de lopende onderhoudsopdrachten m.b.t. uren, onderdelen en voortgang;
• je overlegt en adviseert met verschillende On Site afdelingen en de klant m.b.t. het uit te voeren onderhoud en reparaties;
• je informeert onderhoudsmonteurs en voorziet hen van correcte informatie bij specifieke en complexe onderhoudstaken;
  samen met de Spare Parts Coördinator inventariseer de benodigde materialen en gereedschappen en bestel je bij waar nodig;
• je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de uitgevoerde onderhoudswerkzaamheden en controleert de bijbehorende registraties;
• je beoordeelt en voert nacalculaties uit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden o.b.v. uren, ploegenrapporten, gebruikte Spare Parts en gemaakte kosten;
• je identificeert samen met het On Site onderhoudsteam wat de oorzaken zijn van verstoringen (Fault Rates en Fault Durations) binnen het geautomatiseerde systeem en gaat op zoek naar oplossingen (root cause analyse);
• je analyseert werkinhoudelijk de processen van bijvoorbeeld reparatie, conversie, revisie, modernisering, initieert verbeteringen en verzorgt de documentatie daarvan;
• je stelt onderhouds- en inspectieplannen op (op inhoud, tijdspecificaties en interval van werkzaamheden) in afstemming met de Performance Engineer, maakt en plant hiervan Improvement orders in Witool (onderhoudspakket);
• je denkt mee bij het initiëren van opleidingen ter verbetering van de technische en methodologische competenties van het On Site onderhoudsteam;
• je helpt mee bij de uitvoering van rentabiliteitsbeoordelingen van projecten (grote reparaties, revisies, optimalisatie, renovatie, modernisering) en hun inhoudelijke planning, coördinatie en monitoring;
• je helpt mee met het onderhoud en continue actualisering van prestatie- en kostenevaluaties (in de vorm van kengetallen, rapportages) en technische documentatie (in afstemming met de Performance Engineer).

 

Ideale kandidaat

• Je bent in het bezit van een MBO 4 diploma richting elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of vergelijkbaar;
• je hebt tenminste een jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als onderhoudsmonteur;
• je hebt enige kennis en ervaring met onderhoudsplannen en -systemen;
• je bent een echte planner, analytisch zeer sterk, hebt een pragmatisch instelling en je werkt zeer accuraat;
• je hebt doorzettingskracht, bent cijfermatig en hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken;
• je hebt goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
• je bent in het bezit van eigen vervoer.

Your role in our team

• maintain advanced systems and solve malfunctions at installations at our customer location
• as a technician you are involved in assessing and carrying out repair work on conveyors, depalitisers, electric motors and automatic cranes
• work with challenging systems and electrical machines
• carry out inspections of the machinery in accordance with the applicable protocols
• validate data and analyze errors, adjustments, and modifications
• solve major and minor malfunctions, you do this independently and, in a team
  
  

Ideal candidate profile

• MBO 3 or 4 diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or you are in the final phase
• at least one year work experience in technology, for example as a technician
• analytical skills: you seek stuff out, come up with ideas and solve problems
• safety is of paramount importance to you, and you are not afraid of heights
• you are in possession of a driver's license and vehicle
