Your role in our team

  • maximize system performance and up-time through effective execution of all maintenance-related activities
  • participate in a broad array of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision
  • support Production Team through basic fault correction coaching and troubleshooting
  • assist in the installation of new or refurbishment of existing system components
  • facilitate continuous improvement activities through broad system knowledge and site-specific enhancements

Ideal candidate profile

  • a diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or you are in the final phase
  • at least one year work experience in technology, for example as a Electro-Mechanical technician
  • analytical skills: you seek stuff out, come up with ideas and solve problems
  • safety is of paramount importance to you, and you are not afraid of heights
  • you are willing to work in nigh shifts only
  • you are in possession of a driver's license and vehicle

Jouw rol in het team

  • Je geeft leiding aan en houdt toezicht op alle onderhoudsteams (7 fte) van het geautomatiseerde distributiecentrum
  • Je houdt toezicht op alle grote geplande en niet-geplande reparaties, met als doel ervoor te zorgen dat de uptime van machines wordt gemaximaliseerd, onderhoudskosten worden geminimaliseerd en alle werkzaamheden op een veilige manier worden uitgevoerd
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsbezetting (24/7), overuren en algemene conformiteit en prestaties van de teams
  • Je bent een gemotiveerde teambuilder, coach en trainer voor alle leden van het onderhoudsteam
  • Je houdt toezicht op de onderdelenvoorraad, gereedschapsinventaris en zorg ervoor dat kostenbeheersingsmaatregelen te allen tijde worden toegepast
  • Je stelt rapportages op, levert periodiek KPI-statistieken en trendanalyses en zorgt ervoor dat de afdelingsprestaties meetbaar en traceerbaar zijn
  • Je werkt voortdurend samen met de On Site manager, Improvement manager en de klant om onderhoudsprocedures te herzien en om klantenserviceniveaus te bereiken en te behouden
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en correct gebruik van WITOOL en de effectiviteit van de onderhoudsschema's
  • Je zoekt de samenwerking op met andere sites en het moederbedrijf

Wie zoeken wij

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van elektrotechniek, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde, technische bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar door werkervaring
  • Je hebt tenminste 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met leidinggeven en bent hands on
  • Je hebt ervaring met fundamentele onderhoudsprincipes
  • Je bent een peoplemanager en je ziet in elke hobbel een uitdaging
  • Je bent communicatief zeer sterk, accuraat en klantgericht
  • Je hebt goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Beheersing van de Duitse taal is een pré
  • Je hebt geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs en eigen vervoer

Your role in our team

  • operation and fault correction of automated material handling equipment in a fast automated production environment
  • troubleshoot and correct system material flow issues
  • troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and computer systems issues and escalate as appropriate
  • basic upkeep of system through effective management and clearing of products, packaging, and carrier material
  • working together in a team environment to maximize system uptime

 

Ideal candidate profile

  • a technical, BSO of TSO diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred
  • basic mechanical aptitude
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • practical attitude and ability to learn new skills

Your role in our team

  • maintain advanced systems and solve malfunctions at installations at our customer location
  • as a technician you are involved in assessing and carrying out repair work on conveyors, depalitisers, motors and automatic cranes
  • work with challenging systems and electrical machines
  • carry out inspections of the machinery in accordance with the applicable protocols
  • validate data and analyze errors, adjustments, and modifications.
  • solve major and minor malfunctions, you do this independently and, in a team

Jouw rol in ons team

• aan de slag met het onderhouden van geavanceerde systemen en het oplossen van storingen bij installaties oponze klantlocatie
• werkt aan conveyors, depalitisers en automatische kranen om pallets te verplaatsen en rolcontainers automatisch op te bouwen
• als onderhoudstechnieker monteur werk je met de meest geavanceerde elektrotechnische en mechanische systemen 
• zal werken met uitdagende systemen en elektromechanische machines.
• Voert zelfstandig inspecties uit aan het machinepark volgens de geldende protocollen, valideer je data en analyseer je fouten

Ideale kandidaat 

• Je bezit een BSO diploma richting elektrotechniek, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of automotive

• werkervaring in de techniek, bijvoorbeeld als onderhoudsmonteur of storingsmonteur 
• analytisch vermogen en denkt graag in oplossingen in plaats van problemen 
• veiligheid vind je erg belangrijk en je hebt geen hoogtevrees 
• in het bezit van rijbewijs en eigen vervoer
