Deine Rolle in unserem Team
Koordination und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden innerhalb der Maschinen- und Anlagenbetreuung unseres automatisierten Logistikzentrums
Kontrolle und Überwachung der automatisierten Fördersysteme, sowie der Anlagenperformance
Eskalationsmanagement bei angrenzenden Fachabteilungen und Kunden (m/w/d)
Sicherstellung, Optimierung und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe und der vorgegebenen Handlungsanweisungen, sowie der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
Mitwirkung bei Bewerbungs-, Beurteilungs- und Mitarbeitergesprächen
Durchführung und Identifikation von Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
Du passt gut zu uns mit
Idealerweise technischer Berufsausbildung, Elektroniker, Industrieelektriker, Mechaniker, Metallbauer (je m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
Nachweislicher Führungserfahrung von mindestens zwei Jahren
Erster Erfahrung in der Maschinen- bzw. Anlagenbedienung, idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Anlagen
Bereitschaft und Flexibilität zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb und gelegentlicher Wochenendarbeit
Sicherem Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
