Join Our Dynamic Team as an Administrative Assistant!
Our Site Management is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to help us ensure our operations run smoothly and our external customer receive top-notch support.
Pay Range: $25-28 an hour
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Support in maintaining accurate records of employees' timekeeping.
- Manage services such as uniforms and WITRON swag.
- Lead first-tier human capital activities including interview preparation, new hire onboarding, while answering basic company policy and benefit questions and escalating to Human Resources as necessary.
- Plan and execute seasonal events and activities to boost employee engagement.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an office-based support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
- Capable of handling a diverse and steady workload to support team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
