- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den kompletten Produktionsablauf des vollautomatischen Lagerlogistiksystems
- Das operative Tagesgeschäftes organisierst du
- Produktions- und Arbeitsabläufe werden von dir koordiniert
- Du kommunizierst direkt mit dem Kunden vor Ort
- Kosten- und Budgetverantwortung für den Produktionsbereich wird von dir übernommen
- Die Planung des Personalbedarfs sowie Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit geeigneter Fachkräfte erfolgt durch dich
- einer technischen oder kaufmännischen Ausbildung und / oder Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation / Weiterbildung
- langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktion, idealerweise im Bereich automatisierter Anlagen und Maschinen
- Mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung in der Personalführung
- Strukturierter Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Führungsstärke sowie einer motivierenden und kommunikativen Persönlichkeit
- Unternehmerischem Denken und Verhandlungsstärke
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und hohe strategische Kompetenz
