Deine Rolle in unserem Team
- mit Begeisterung lernen wir dir alles, was man für die Malz- und Bierherstellung wissen und können muss
- du wirst alle Bereiche der Produktion und Abfüllung kennen und lieben lernen
- wir zeigen dir, wie man Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe annimmt, prüft und anschließend richtig lagert
- Durchführung des Maischvorgangs nach Biertyp und Malzqualität
- wir zeigen dir, was du über Reinigung und Desinfektion der Produktionsanlagen und Leitungssysteme wissen musst
- Steuerung der Gärung und Beurteilung des Reifezustands vom Bier
- wir zeigen dir, wie unsere Abfüllanlagen eingerichtet, umgerüstet und bedient werden
- Wartung der Brauanlage, Maschinen, Pumpen und Ventile
- punktuelle Unterstützung des Bier-Vertriebs und der Vermarktung
Deine Ausbildung im Überblick
- Start: jährlich zum 1. September
- Ausbildungsdauer: 3 Jahre
- Berufsschule: Main-Spessart in Karlstadt (Blockunterricht)
