Deine Rolle in unserem Team
- Wir zeigen dir die Herstellung verschiedener Backwaren, Füllungen und Cremes
- Du wirst lernen, wie man Backwaren mit verschiedensten Dekorationen verziert (auch Hochzeits- und Motivtorten)
- Wir zeigen dir, wie man Pralinen, Schokolade, Torteletts, Petit Fours und Desserts herstellt, auch wie du Speiseeis nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen zubereitest
- bedienen, säubern und pflegen der Anlagen, Maschinen und Geräte gehört auch mit zu Ausbildung
- du wirst Vorbereitungen von Arbeitsabläufen und Arbeitsmaterial sowie die Umsetzung der Vorgaben im Team erarbeiten
- auch die Zubereitung von verschiedenen kleineren Gerichten, wie herzhafte und süße Teigspeisen, Salate und Suppen wirst du lernen
Deine Ausbildung im Überblick
- Start: jährlich zum 1. September
- Ausbildungsdauer: 3 Jahre
- Berufsschule: Weiden (1 Tag pro Woche)
