Are you a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician ready to take on the challenge of maintaining a state-of-the-art automated material handling system in a fast-paced distribution center? We are looking for a dedicated professional who prioritizes safety, thrives on maximizing system performance, and excels in both electrical and mechanical tasks.

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Approach all tasks and situations with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.
• Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance activities.
• Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
• Aid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components.
• Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site-specific enhancements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in industrial technology or related field, preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical role required, five (5) years plus preferred.
• Strong skills in electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears).
• Knowledge of control technology (PLC/controls/inverters).
• Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary system monitoring programs.
• Experience maintaining material handling systems in a light industry or distribution center environment is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
• Working at heights of up to 80-100 feet while wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE.
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Join WITRON as a Loading/Stand-Up Forklift Driver!

We're looking for a dedicated Receiving/Stand Up Forklift to join our dynamic team! If you're skilled in operating forklifts, balers, compactors, and more, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!

As a Loading Forklift Driver, you will:

• Utilize forklifts and power jacks to move warehouse materials following safety instructions and guidelines.
• Move goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility and stack them in the correct storage bays.
• Check that loads are secure and stack empty pallets safely.
• Count, weigh, or measure items of outgoing shipments to verify information against invoices, orders, bills of lading, or other records.
• Assemble cardboard or wooden containers or select pre-assembled containers for use.
• Examine and unpack incoming shipments, record shortages, and reject damaged items.
• Operate lift trucks or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platforms to storage areas.
• Check outbound inventory and administer the processing, trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Sort, count, identify, verify, and track all materials using various systems to maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements:

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Experience with stand-up, cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet jack required.
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards is required.
• Good math, language, and reading skills are essential for verifying shipment details and maintaining records.
• Previous experience with material handling automation is a plus.
• Ability to work shifts as assigned, including nights and weekends, and to work overtime as needed.
