We are expanding our team and are recruiting a MAINTENANCE PLANNER to work on-site at Omega, Warrington

Your role in our team

  • responsible for all planning, control and monitoring tasks in order to process orders and work on automation efficiently and economically
  • define work content, work procedures, and work processes and optimize these on the basis of analyzed system, cost and performance data so that all planned work can be completed on time, excellent quality and with a high level of efficiency
  • coordinate the planned and unplanned work in consultation with the Maintenance Manager
  • determine, plan and coordinate the need for personnel resources, materials and work equipment, ensuring they are available in the right quantities at the right time
  • continuous analysis of KPIs and monitoring of production and maintenance planning; ensuring work is carried out timely and appropriately

Ideal candidate profile

  • relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification and/or successful completion of Dual Training Programme as Electrician and/or Mechanic
  • Electrical and/or Mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment and machinery, ideally in the sector of automated equipment or warehouse management
  • proven experience of at least 3 years in the areas of maintenance / project planning / engineering / technology / order planning / control
  • knowledge of IT systems; CMMS software, MS Office applications
  • knowledge of the design and function of logistics equipment (material flow)

  • technical and operational liaison between WITRON and the customer, responsible for managing, prioritisation and escalation of issues 
  • performance analysis and optimisation of the automated process and production system
  • create and disseminate documentation and training materials in order to maintain high standards across the team

Ideal candidate profile

  • IT literate, knowledge of Production Planning Control Software (PPS), MS Office applications;  analytical thinking and solution-orientated way of working 
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • visually dexterous, ability to interpret data and flow 
  • experience and understanding of processes and working methods in a logistics / automated environment
  • knowledge of and ability to implement quality and process improvement techniques

Your role in our team

  • responsible for all materials required by the Maintenance Team (including mechanical and EI&C spare parts, small parts, lubricants, tools, test equipment)
  • creation and tracking of material orders and deliveries, ensuring completeness and correctness of goods received
  • periodic stock check and annual inventory of stored materials
  • creation of material-related analyses / key figures 
  • support for the Maintenance Manager in preparation of cost estimates / budgets for material consumption 

Ideal candidate profile

  • relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification and/or successful completion of Dual Training Programme as Electrician and/or Mechanic
  • Electrical and/or Mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment and machinery, ideally in the sector of automated equipment or warehouse management
  • good technical understanding of mechanical / electrical components
  • prioritization skills in relation to processing of orders  to operational requirements
  • autonomous and solution-oriented method of working, and a sense of responsibility
