Jouw rol in het team

• In deze veelzijdige functie als Coördinator Trainingen & Opleidingen heb je naast een coördinerende ook een administratieve rol rondom alle trainingen en opleidingen;
• je toont eigenaarschap en bent van A-Z verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, organiseren en coördineren van trainingen en opleidingen;
• je bent een regelaar en je houdt je bezig met het opvolgen van de opleidingsplanning en zorgt dat het benodigde opleidingsmateriaal beschikbaar en aanwezig is;
• je bent het aanspreekpunt en vraagbaak voor cursisten, (interne) trainers en externe partijen;
• je ziet toe op de kwaliteit van de trainingen en verwerkt behaalde resultaten;
• je zorgt er mede voor dat de opleidingsdoelen worden behaald en doet actief mee met de optimalisering van leermethodieken, (online) leermodules en werkprocessen;
• je neemt initiatief in het structureren en optimaliseren van onze (administratieve) processen.

Wie zoeken wij

• Je bezit een afgeronde hbo in de richting HR, administratie of vergelijkbaar;
• je hebt enige ervaring in een coördinerende of secretaresse functie;
• je bent 24 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar;
• je bent een regelaar, proactief, stressbestendig en behoudt structuur en rust in een dynamische werkomgeving;
• je bent communicatief en organisatorisch zeer sterk;
• verder ben je oplossingsgericht, hands-on en heb je een klantgerichte houding;
• ervaring met (digitale) leermiddelen is een pré;
• je hebt goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
• beheersing van de Duitse taal is een pré;
• je bent bereid te reizen (voornamelijk binnen Nederland);
• je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.

Your role in our team

• Reporting on key statistics and performance indicators
• Supporting the recruitment process, building talent pools to provide recruitment solutions for UK Projects and future business growth
• Participate in HR projects to ensure that corporate initiatives are supported
• Oversee the Employee Lifecycle (Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding)
• Support the UK HR Business Partner as required in providing HR services to UK sites

Ideal candidate profile

• Degree in a relevant subject; CIPD qualified (or working towards)
• Knowledge and experience of working with UK Employment Laws
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of international mobility relating to UK immigration
• Ability to leverage the use of social media, job boards and other channels to attract talent

Jouw rol in het team

• bent eindverantwoordelijk op gebied van Health & Safety zowel intern als naar klanten toe

• bent coördinator in geval van bedrijfsongevallen, voert onderzoek uit naar de oorzaak (RCA) en stelt verbeter voorstellen op
• staat in contact met instanties met betrekking tot Arbo-veiligheid en keuringsinstanties
• maakt onderdeel uit van het managementteam Benelux

Wie zoeken wij

• bezit een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Hogere Veiligheidskunde of vergelijkbare opleiding
• minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een productieomgeving
• ervaring met elektrotechnische Installaties (NEN 3140) en/of ervaring met werken op hoogtes
• analytisch sterk, omgevingsbewust en pragmatisch ingesteld
• werkt planmatig, zeer accuraat en reageert adequaat op situaties
• ervaring met verander- en cultuurmanagement en toont doorzettingskracht
• uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden zowel in het Nederlands als Engels
• kennis van de Duitse taal is een pre
• bereid tot reizen (voornamelijk binnen Nederland)
• bent in het bezit van rijbewijs

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

• Du führst stichprobenartige Kontrollen durch und überprüfst projektbezogene Dokumente wie z. B. Sicherheitsschulungen in unserem neuen hochautomatisierten EDEKA-Logistikzentrum in Neumünster.
• Kontrollen der Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in den verschiedenen Baubereichen, sind Teil deines Aufgabenbereichs, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Sicherheitsmaßnahmen immer eingehalten werden
• Währen der Bauphase nimmst du an Baubesprechungen zwischen dem Kunden, dem Bauherrn und dem WITRON-Personal teil. Danach Begleitung der Produktion
• Du implementierst Richtlinien und Verfahren bezüglich sicherer Arbeitsmethoden, Inspektionsstandards und Notfallverfahren.
• Du entwickelst und pflegst die Beziehung zum Kunden und stellst sicher, dass alle Anforderungen des Kundenvertrags erfüllt werden
• Du hälst dich an die Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften und -praktiken, die für diese Position relevant sind, und für die du verantwortlich bist, alle Aufgaben in Übereinstimmung damit auszuführen.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Health & Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with WITRON’s vision of Health and Safety by ensuring that the site is complying with all local, provincial, and federal Health and Safety regulations, policies, procedures, initiatives, and safe work practices.  Ensure appropriate safety training, practices, policies, and procedures are in-place to avoid preventable health and safety occurrences.  The candidate will be able to enjoy a unique blend of both office and field work, as well as working both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial and local regulations and standards involving safety, industrial hygiene and general workplace and fire safety
• Work closely with the National Health and Safety team to create and maintain safety policies, covering basic safety rules/regulations, accident investigation/evaluation and reporting procedures
• Organize, facilitate and track Health and Safety training
• Carry out inspections on a routine basis, identifying workplace hazards and embark on corrective and or preventive measures
• Correct unsafe work practices when required and monitor adherence to safety policies and/or guidelines
• Organize, participate and facilitate accident investigation process and train leaders on process
• Assist in the development and implementation of new documentation for continuous improvement of the Corporate Health and Safety Management System
• Ensure inspection and maintenance of all safety equipment on site
• Arrange, participate and document site mock emergency drills
• Liaise with external agencies when necessary
• Oversee the Joint Health & Safety Committee, as one of the Chairs
• Together with Human Resources, support and participate with the safe return to work program
• Maintain Safety Data Sheet library and ensure distribution and communication of new documentation
• Create and facilitate weekly safety talks to ensure effectiveness of the internal responsibility system
• Respond and investigate employee health and safety concerns
• Order safety equipment and supplies as required and approved
• Work with the Site Manager to identify system, program and training needs and ensure they are in-line with legislative requirements
• Assist with follow-up on audit recommendations to ensure all items have been completed on-time and assist with removing any barriers to completion
• Assist in the development of safe work processes for maintenance and operational functions with a focus on high-risk activities
• Collection, analysis and distribution of health and safety KPI information
• Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management or similar with a minimum of two years Health and Safety experience
• At least 2 years of Health and Safety work experience
• Working knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Acts and Regulations
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact and influence effectively
• Ability to drive a strong safety philosophy and implement programs designed to effectively change behavior and prevent injury
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Joint Health and Safety Committee Certified, Part I and Part II
• Familiarity with OHSA and regulations including Machine Guarding and Working at Height
• Experienced in emergency response and able to maintain current first aid & CPR Certificate
