Deine Rolle in unserem Team
- Du unterstützt und überwachst das Logistiksystem
- Die täglichen Prozesse, kontinuierliche Schwachstellenanalyse und anschließende Optimierung durch stetige Verbesserungen werden durch dich unterstützt
- Wartungen und Reparaturen werden von dir koordiniert und ausgeführt und du fungierst als Schnittstelle zur Gebäudetechnik (Brandschutz, Sprinkler- und Lüftungsanlagen) sowie weiteren externen Dienstleistern
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsanweisungen sicher
- Entwicklung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Service- und Wartungsprozesse
- Die Organisation von Interviews und Mitarbeitergesprächen erfolgt durch dich
Du passt gut zu uns mit
- technischer Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenem Studium im Bereich Mechanik, Elektronik oder vergleichbarem Abschluss
- einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich automatisierter Anlagen und Maschinen
- Fließenden Kenntnissen in Norwegisch (oder einer anderen skandinavischen Sprache), sowie sehr guten Englischkenntnissen
- nachweisbarer Führungserfahrung
- ausgeprägter soziale Kompetenz und Organisationsfähigkeit
- hohem Maß an Loyalität sowie eigenverantwortlicher und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise
