We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a German/English Speaking Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and clients, and experience handling and managing customer inquiries via phone and email. All inquiries must be entered in our system and assigned to a specialistPrimary ResponsibilitiesReceiving phone calls and emails from our clients and providing our German Helpdesk team with the nuance and context of the problem as needed.Interface between the customer and our helpdeskCoordination of tickets with the appropriate service techniciansWorking with a team that sits in Parkstein Germany.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust be fluent (written and verbal) in both German and EnglishGood understanding of technical termsBasic knowledge of IT Systems, Networking, and Databases is preferable.Microsoft Office 365High School Diploma is required, an Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.Previous experience working in an IT Related role is preferred.Previous experience working in a German office environment is preferred.This role will require coverage of different shifts as needed (morning and afternoon)Occasional Saturday coverage may be required. One Saturday per month

Familiarity with compensation management system.
Education and Experience:
2-5 years of related compensation experience
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Occasional travel may be needed to support operational needs
