- Fachgerechte Vor- und Zubereitung von hochwertigen und regionalen Gerichten und Menüs für unsere Hotel- und à la carte Gäste
- Mitverantwortung für einen reibungslosen Organisations- und Arbeitsablauf im gesamten Küchenbereich
- Beachtung von arbeits- und lebensmittelhygenischen Vorschriften sowie Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
- Warenbestellung, Warenannahme und -kontrolle sowie Durchführung von Inventuren
- Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung von Mitarbeitern (m/w/d) und Auszubildenden sowie die Vertretung des Küchenchefs (m/w/d)
- Abgeschlossener Berufsausbildung als Koch (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position
- Hoher Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
- Engagierter, zuverlässiger und positiver Persönlichkeit sowie Kreativität und Belastbarkeit
- Gepflegtem Erscheinungsbild und Teamfähigkeit
Wir bieten einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz in einem sehr angesehen und traditionellen Hotel im Herzen von Weiden. Zusätzlich zu einem familiären und angenehmen Arbeitsklima ist ein dokumentiertes Arbeitszeitsystem mit 40h/Woche und 30 Tagen Urlaub (bei Vollzeit) sowie eine übertarifliche Bezahlung inklusive steuerfreie Sonn-, Feiertags- und Nachtzuschläge für uns selbstverständlich. Sollte ein Wechsel des Lebensmittelpunktes nötig sein, unterstützen wir auch bei der Suche nach einer Wohnung oder stellen, falls möglich, ein Apartment zur Verfügung.
