Your role in our team

• Operate and monitor advanced automated warehouse systems to ensure smooth logistics processes
• Take ownership for a designated area within the logistics operation
• Troubleshoot disruptions, support fellow operators, and conduct quality control
• Perform first-line maintenance to efficiently resolve technical issues
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment
• Adjust system parameters for optimal performance and efficiency
• Work comfortably at heights (e.g., on elevated platforms or mezzanines) as part of system monitoring and maintenance, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Contribute proactively to process improvements and collaborate with team members.

Ideal candidate profile

• MBO diploma, degree in practical school or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred). However, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates eager to learn and grow

Maintenance Technician CDC Jumbo VERS

Your role in our team

• maintain advanced systems and solve malfunctions at installations at our customer location
• as a technician you are involved in assessing and carrying out repair work on conveyors, pick robots, depalitisers, electric motors and automatic cranes
• work with challenging systems and electrical machines
• carry out inspections of the machinery in accordance with the applicable protocols
• validate data and analyze errors, adjustments, and modifications
• solve major and minor malfunctions, you do this independently and, in a team

Ideal candidate profile

• as a maintenance technician you have at least a MBO 3 or 4 diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or you are in the final phase
• at least one year work experience in technology, for example as a technician
• analytical skills: you seek stuff out, come up with ideas and solve problems
• safety is of paramount importance to you, and you are not afraid of heights
• you are in possession of a driver's license and vehicle
• you are willing and capable to work in a cool work environment (+ 4 degrees)

Jouw rol in ons team

• Je combineert je werk bij WITRON met een interne opleiding tot Junior Onderhoudsmonteur.
• Zodra het traject begint, ga je direct aan de slag. Wat je leert, pas je direct toe in je werk.
• Je hebt een praktijkbegeleider op het werk die je ondersteunt.
• Je houdt je bezig met het onderhouden van geavanceerde systemen en het oplossen van storingen bij de installaties op onze klantlocatie.
• Als monteur in opleiding werk je met de meest geavanceerde mechanische systemen.
• Je leert zelfstandig inspecties aan het machinepark uitvoeren, volgens de geldende protocollen.
• Je leert data te valideren, fouten te analyseren, en aanpassingen en modificaties door te voeren.
• Zelfstandig en in teamverband leer je grote en kleine verstoringen op te lossen.
• Na het positief afronden van het doorgroeitraject met een certificaat, bestaat de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen WITRON, bijvoorbeeld op elektrisch gebied.

Ideale kandidaat

Om in aanmerking te komen voldoe je aan de onderstaande voorwaarden:

• Je bent in dienst van WITRON als Equipment Operator (uitzendkrachten zijn uitgesloten).
• Je hebt een dienstverband van minimaal 6 maanden en de intentie om voor langere tijd werkzaam te zijn bij WITRON.
• Voorkeur gaat uit naar medewerkers die werkzaam zijn op MO/SO 2 of 3 niveau, onderbouwd door een recent ingevulde skills matrix.
• Je hebt recentelijk geen officiële waarschuwing gekregen en bent voldoende aanwezigheid geweest.
• Je hebt goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal.
• Je bent bereid om mechanische en elektrische ClassMarker tests te maken.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur een afgeronde mbo 2 opleiding in aanverwante richtingen, zoals automonteur.
• Je heb geen andere sollicitaties lopen op dit moment.
• Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met techniek.
• Je hebt een aantoonbare affiniteit met techniek.
• Je wilt je graag ontwikkelen binnen een technische en service gerichte omgeving.
• Je hebt analytisch vermogen en denkt graag in oplossingen in plaats van problemen.
• Je vindt veiligheid erg belangrijk, hebt geen hoogtevrees en bent niet kleurenblind.
• Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.

• Nadat je beide tests hebt gemaakt en zijn beoordeeld, plant de Recruiter samen met jou een afspraak in bij de Maintenance Manager.
• Tijdens het gesprek met de Maintenance Manager worden er vragen gesteld over jouw motivatie en verwachtingen. Je hebt dan ook de kans om vragen te stellen.
• De Manager geeft jou zo snel mogelijk een terugkoppeling of je wel of niet in aanmerking komt voor het doorgroeitraject.
