The program starts annually in mid-July and lasts for two years.
The apprenticeship combines practical training at the headquarters in Parkstein and at our international project sites as well as theoretical training. When you pass the final examination, you have a vocational qualification that is recognized throughout Germany.:
Practical training:
• Wiring and equipping switch cabinets
• Measuring, analyzing and testing electrical systems
• Installing, commissioning, maintainance of electrical systems
Theoretical training:
• Intensive German language courses
• Vocational School (12 weeks per year)

I have always been interested in other cultures, languages and new people. In addition, I also wanted to learn more about the automation industry. By working on assemblies, you not only have many opportunities to see other countries or cities, but you also learn how to work as part of a team and show commitment on the construction site. It is great that I had the chance to learn the German language in my apprenticeship. Also, my colleagues are always friendly and helpful. Thanks to the apprenticeship, I have made many new friends and acquaintances, and that is what I appreciate most about Witron. Currently, I work in electrical production. My tasks include, among other things, viewing circuit diagrams, assembling mounting plates and switch cabinets and checking them. Recently, I took my exam for German certificate "B1" and passed it with very good results. I was also able to pass my intermediate exam with good results.
