Job-Aktiv-Messe 2024 - a complete success with skilled workers and prospective trainees

On Saturday, September 21, 2024, Plant 2 North in Parkstein was transformed into a real attraction for those interested in careers: Over 500 visitors flocked to this year's Job Active Fair and experienced a day full of exciting program items and fascinating encounters. Thanks to the active support of many colleagues, the event was an unforgettable experience.

Our HR managers, employees, trainers and trainees offered visitors comprehensive insights into the various professional fields and the multifaceted working life at our company.

There was something for everyone at the stands: the “Beat the COM” game was particularly popular, giving visitors the chance to compete with our COM (= Case Order Machine, a special automated picking system). There were also informative company tours by Segway or bus, an application folder check, the opportunity to have professional application photos taken and fast-paced speed dating sessions for student internships and apprenticeships. Inspiring presentations rounded off the offer and motivated the participants to take the next step in their career. Culinary refreshments were provided by colleagues from Bräuwirt.

After a day full of action and exchange, we received enthusiastic feedback - a big thank you to all WITRONEN who helped so enthusiastically on this Saturday and contributed to the success of this event. We are already looking forward to the next Job Active Fair in 2025, when the motto will once again be: Discover your future with us!
